Terms and conditions of sale

Booking conditions:
50% of the total stay amount is required as a deposit (the deposit amount may be agreed upon at the time of booking), to be paid 7 days before the expected arrival date.
To guarantee your reservation: you may pay the deposit by check or credit card (Mastercard, Visa); the amount will be deducted from your final bill at the end of your stay.
Providing your credit card number, either orally or in writing, constitutes authorization to debit the agreed amount at the time of booking (French Civil Court, 1st Chamber – Oct. 19, 1999 – No. 1379). Our establishment is authorized by our bank, SG, to use a mail order/telephone order (MOTO) credit card payment terminal (CB, Visa, Eurocard, Mastercard), which may be used to collect deposits remotely.

Cancellation policy:
As stated in Article 1590 of the French Civil Code, in case of cancellation, any received deposits are non-refundable. However, if the cancellation occurs at least 7 days in advance (excluding summer months), Hotel Clos des Iris may refund the deposit at no charge.
Any cancellation made less than 48 hours before the scheduled date, or a “no-show” (guest who does not show up on the day of the reservation without prior cancellation), will result in the full stay being charged.
In the event of early departure, any stay that has begun will be fully billed for the accommodation portion of the originally booked stay.

A few kilometers from here, the magnificent Verdon Gorge unveils a spectacular landscape.

Nestled among sheer cliffs, rugged paths, and shimmering emerald waters, this vertiginous canyon—the deepest in Europe—offers a haven for nature enthusiasts and admirers of grand panoramas.
Nestled between two cliffs, this hidden gem of Haute-Provence enchants with its winding cobbled lanes, artisanal faience workshops, and its iconic suspended star.

Listed among the most beautiful villages in France, Moustiers Sainte-Marie is a harmonious blend of history, craftsmanship, and Provençal art de vivre.
Overlooking the village, the chapel of Notre-Dame de Beauvoir can be reached by climbing a historic, stone-paved trail.

The ascent, though demanding, offers a magnificent reward: an unforgettable panoramic view of Moustiers and its surrounding countryside.
With its shimmering turquoise waters, the lake is an ideal setting for a refreshing swim, a peaceful pedal boat ride, or a quiet moment of sun-soaked relaxation.

Formed in 1973 after the Sainte-Croix dam was built, the lake flooded the original village of Les Salles-sur-Verdon, which was subsequently relocated and rebuilt on the surrounding heights.

A serene and radiant haven, perfect for savoring a lingering sense of getaway.
